Author Guidelines

Authors are invited to make a submission to this journal. All submissions will be assessed by an editor to determine whether they meet the aims and scope of this journal. Those considered to be a good fit will be sent for peer review before determining whether they will be accepted or rejected.

Before making a submission, authors are responsible for obtaining permission to publish any material included with the submission, such as photos, documents and datasets. All authors identified on the submission must consent to be identified as an author. Where appropriate, research should be approved by an appropriate ethics committee in accordance with the legal requirements of the study's country.

An editor may desk reject a submission if it does not meet minimum standards of quality. Before submitting, please ensure that the study design and research argument are structured and articulated properly. The title should be concise and the abstract should be able to stand on its own. This will increase the likelihood of reviewers agreeing to review the paper. When you're satisfied that your submission meets this standard, please follow the checklist below to prepare your submission.

Article Processing Charges (APCs) refer to submission charges that are required to be paid (Local PKR 25000, International $ 100) by authors at the time of publication (after acceptance), to cover the cost associated with the publication process of an article. These charges contribute towards editorial handling, peer review, copyediting, typesetting, formatting, hosting, and other publishing services provided by the journal. APCs may vary from journal to journal. It is important to note that not all journals require APCs, and some journals may offer fee waivers based on special circumstances. Authors are required to pay APC upon acceptance of their article.

Once an article has been accepted for publication, an Article Processing Charges (APC) would be due on the author(s). The corresponding author(s) would be responsible for covering these charges which would be non-refundable under any circumstances.

APCs are handled independently from editorial decisions to ensure that financial considerations do not influence the peer review or acceptance process. JVP ensure that APC are used solely to support the publication process, maintain the Visionary Publication's infrastructure, and provide open access to content.

Upon acceptance of the article, authors are provided with instructions on how to make the payment. Payment can usually be made online through Bank Transfer. Upon request, authors can receive an official invoice for the publication fee to facilitate payment processing within their institutions, and submit the payment proof to the editorial office.
